Wizz air had no customer service phone number listed .. cant talk to anyone .
We called a toll free number that said it was Wizz air .. it probably was a scammer. They took $170 to upgrade us and put in the notes that we can get on the flight from
Spain to UK and then get the UK travel visa when landed . Not true..
they did nothing , sameReservation, same seats , no priority.
We paid and extra $170 for nothing. Plus original fare.

My flight was changed for the next day making it a serious issue since my family and I made travel arrangements based on the flight selected
I was given the option to cancel and get a flight credit which i can convert to my original payment
An email was sent confirming that the credit was done however I cannot find it in my account
It is impossible to contact wizz to speak to them directly
No email address
Also I am from the Caribbean so the numbers listed are not working

Hello, I'm writing because I had a problem with my reservation and was given three tickets instead of one, all for the same name and the same flight. I'd like to cancel two. The flights are: RM9QQG and KLKBSW.

The seats have been canceled and I need to rebook it
I have booked a flight on 11th of August, but the seats have been canceled and refund. I need to rebook it.

Last year by accident I did booked an appointment with Wiz air then after 5 minutes I cancelled that flight but I never got refunded for my cancellation

ich hoffe, Sie können mir bei folgendem Anliegen weiterhelfen.
Ich habe vor kurzem ein Flugticket storniert und anstelle einer Rückerstattung auf mein ursprüngliches Zahlungsmittel einen Wizz Air Gutschein erhalten. Da ich aktuell keine neue Buchung plane, möchte ich stattdessen die Erstattung des Betrags auf mein Konto erhalten.

Charged extra for something I didn't order
I have been given a sit next to emergency exit then I have been told my daughter she is 15 can't sit next to me because she is young so she has to sit somewhere else alone then that day after I have been charged 50 pound for emergency sit I didn't choose
Change flight
I made a mistake with the departure date and corrected it within five minutes. I paid 136 dollars for this.
This is not fair.
I called immediately and they did not help me. I am very upset.

Verified ReviewerLost luggage on a Wizz air flight with no response to claim form
I travelled back from Milan to London on a Wizz Air flight with my family. I had a suitcase full of gifts that I specially purchased extra luggage for.
Wizz Air lost the luggage as it didn't arrive in London. These gifts cost me over £700. I have submitted a claim through the Wizz Air website over 6 times, uploading all the relevant documents and evidence, and I have had no luck with this as Wizz Air keeps on closing the claim down. When calling Wizz Air, the staff are very rude and blunt and do not want to help you out.
There is no direct contact number for the claims department; the only way of contact is through a claims form, which keeps being closed for me! All I need from Wizz Air is a letter confirming that my luggage has been lost by Wizz Air so that I can make a claim on my travel insurance!

Unable to check in
Unable to check in online due to the error that the contact phone number has been assigned to another passenger (it hasn't). After almost an hour of international mobile phone calls to all the numbers I can find, I have been unable to speak to a person, and the recorded messages don't address the issue (despite a web search showing it to be a common one). The cost of the calls trying (unsuccessfully) to resolve this will have cost more than the cost of going with a better airline.
