Dear Complaints Manager / Wizz Air Executive Team,
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the level of customer service I have received from Wizz Air regarding a refund due to a cancelled trip. Despite multiple phone calls to your customer support team, I have not been provided with any clear confirmation or documentary evidence that my refund is being processed.

The details are as below:
1) London to Tiranna (Wed 2 Jul · 14:55 - Wed 2 Jul · 19:00) - TPUKGH
2) Tiranna to London (Mon 7 Jul · 03:35 - Mon 7 Jul · 05:55) - UH95KF.
The dates / timings for the return flight have been altered significantly making the entire trip unfeasible due to subsequent bookings made as per the original schedule. The email received from Wizz Air as at 15th June, advises that a refund can be obtained for the journey in such an instance. Upon ringing customer service on Thursday 19th June, I was advised that both legs of the journey have been cancelled and a total refund of £222 will be issued within the next 10 workings days. It was only after the representative confirmed the refund amount that I asked him to proceed with the cancellation.
However I received no email confirmation to this effect.

I rang up again on Friday 20th June to confirm the above. On this occasion, the customer service representative suggested that the refund amount will be only £145, with no explanation as to why his information contradicts that of his colleague the previous day. I insisted that I need something in writing, or be connected to a manager, but to no avail!
It has now been close to 10 days, but my bookings are still showing as active and I have not received the refund amount.
The representatives I spoke to were vague, dismissive, and unableor unwillingto provide the most basic information I am entitled to as a customer. I was repeatedly told that the refund is in progress without any form of written confirmation, transaction reference, or estimated timeline.

This is entirely unacceptable.
It is deeply concerning that Wizz Airs support process appears designed to delay and deflect rather than resolve issues.

I consider this not only poor customer service, but a complete failure of transparency and accountability.
I expect a written confirmation of the refund (the amount of £222), date of processing, and the method of payment, without further delay. If this is not provided within the next [insert reasonable timeframe, e.g., 5 working days], I will have no choice but to escalate the matter through regulatory bodies and consumer protection agencies.
Please treat this matter with the urgency and seriousness it warrants.

Hello
The handling and communication with the company via the Internet is cumbersome and does not provide a quick response. My personal complaint is that the company informed me that it would reimburse me for the flight. To this day, I have not received the money and I have no one to address directly.

I tryed to call them many times, they do not have a valid phone number.
It is very hard to fix a problem is you have one.
Wizz air need only to get our money, but they do not want to help people when they need it.
