I have only screenshot from my booking, but cannot find email or booking in app.

The amount Wizz Refunded was a lot less than expected

No explanation, NO breakdown

No communication, no customer service...DEPLORABLE

I requested a refund for my flight time change. The employee told me another email and another card number that does not correspond to me, resulting in me not receiving my money.

I'm sending you my IBAN from my other card so you can make the deposit. Flight code UMYWKT. Mail natalitheodoridou@***.com.

I paid 98.99 on January 27 at 9:37 AM from Viva Wallet. My new IBAN: GR97 0172 **** 0052 57** **81 599.

No number to call them from UK. Left their customer stranded. Tried calling them to no avail ans now I had to book another flight

Trotzt online buchen und online Check in mit rechtzeitigen Ankommen mit Taxi am Flughafen "Pristina" durfte ich nicht an Bord (flug antreten) da der Flugzeug vollbesetzt war... lt Flughafen personal bzw.

Wizzair Mitarbeiterin sind 13 Tickets mehr verkauft worden für den flug am 20.07.25 um 14:55... von Priština nach Wien... Die Dame an den Wizzair Schalter druckte mir in der hand einen schon ausgefüllten Dokument für Rückerstattung meine kosten und entschädiguns schreiben...Also nach behaupten die Mitarbeiterinnen

müsste ich anderen Flug nehmen nach Memmingen Deutschland und von dort zu schauen wie ich nach Wien komme ,ganzen Rechnungen aufbewahren da die Fluglinie Wizzair alles Rückerstattet... Das habe ich auch getan...

wo aber nicht rechtzeitig zu Arbeit gekommen bin bzw. Sonntag 20.07.2025 Nachtschicht von 22Uhr bis 06Uhr nicht erledigen konnte...

It is the first time when I have suck kind of situation with Wizz Air company.Hope that problem will be solved soon.

I used the credit I have (voucher) on my Wizzair account, and I paid the rest with my debit card, but it says I overpaid. Very strange, as I paid the amount I was asked.

This happened last year too, and I didn't get my money back, about 300 euros.

Very disappointed. I got the booking number but not a confirmation email.

No free number to talk to a live person, I have osteoarthritis and need to be sure Im sat with extra leg room on my upcoming flight. Im also travelling solo with 4 year old twins

Issue with check-in for Veronika Lungu on 11/04/2025. I have to pay in the airport £130.50 because I can't do it online. Conf XM74FT.

The handling and communication with the company via the Internet is cumbersome and does not provide a quick response. My personal complaint is that the company informed me that it would reimburse me for the flight. To this day, I have not received the money and I have no one to address directly.

Je dois partir samedi 2 aout à 20h35 et vous avez changer mes billets sans que je ne le demande. Remettez ma reservation en ordre. Cest scandaleux

They force half of the passengers in the very heavy rain and strong wind at the rear of the aircraft to get in.So we got soaking wet and had to travel over 4 hours with the wet clothes. They should organise the groups of passengers with seating numbers just use the bridge least sheltered.

I am totally not happy and want the refund of full. Dont have to sit and travel 4 hours in the aircraft with wet clothes.

Worst airline ever traveled.

My flight from Vienna to London gatwick on Tuesday 17,25 from Vienna.

My bag stayed at Vienna, lost baggage tag.

Gatwick Airport located My bag but today they say they lost it again..

Reference number of lost bag is LGWW 618 321

Please, l need my stuff.
